AGUIFA Dev Finance (ADF) is an independent consulting firm specialized in development finance, private investment engineering, and strategic & technical support to public and financial institutions.
ADF works with governments, international donors, DFIs, impact funds, banks and private actors in structuring robust, innovative and sustainable financial solutions, as well as in the design, analysis and evaluation of public policies and sectoral reforms.
Interventions are strictly aligned with international standards (AfDB, World Bank, EU, OECD, DFIs) and adapted to African institutional and economic dynamics.
